Have a look and go for it

Every woman who doesn’t like her shapes has probably considered breast surgery. On the one hand, it is an opportunity to feel sexy and attractive; on the other, it’s scary. Everybody is concerned about risks more than anything else. In fact mammaplasty is not as risky as people tend to think. In an interview with Cosmo.kz, famous blogger Aziza Aybadullina says you shouldn’t be afraid of breast surgery.

Mammaplasty for me, it is a step towards a certain upgrade.

I didn’t have a problem with my small breasts. In fact, I liked them. But now we all hang out on social media looking at countless beautiful girls with perfect proportions and ripped bodies. They are just perfect! I always thought I would never look like that just because I didn’t have such proportions. For me, it was one of the barriers that prevented me from working on my body. I used to think, all right, maybe I don’t have such breasts but my abs are excellent. Now it’s the other way around.

Now that I have new breasts, I’ll need to make sure the rest of my body is on par. I’ll have to work out so that everything else is perfect as well. In a way, my new breasts are an incentive.

I didn’t think I would be allowed to do it.

I thought at first that my family would be against it. But then my husband and my mom green-lighted the operation, and I thought, why not? Contrary to my expectations, they were not against it. Opinions of my family are very important to me. If they had said, “No way, it’s wrong, we don’t do that,” I would have decided against the operation. On the other hand, I am not a child anymore, so nothing is strictly prohibited. I had a week to think this over. In the end I decided to go for it, and now I’m at the clinic, waiting for the operation which may change my life. I don’t get it when people are like, “My husband won’t let me.” I know what my husband is not going to like, and I don’t do that. As to this operation, I was astonished when it turned out he didn’t mind. Besides, let’s be honest, men love perfect proportions and voluptuous breasts.

I tried not to read horror stories online before the operation.

I approached my pregnancy the same way. It’s wrong to keep telling women that pregnancy is terrible and giving birth will just about kill you. Don’t make people expect unpleasant things. It was the same in this situation. I try to have positive thoughts.

I checked out Dr Vitaly Zholtikov’s work, and it is consistently beautiful. It became automatically clear why I should do it. I trust his surgical talent.

Everybody wanted to add their two cents.

There are and always will be such people. But I am the kind of person who gives advice rather than asks for it. So if I want something and have decided to do it, other people’s opinions will not change my mind. If I want to make this change, I will.

When you are grown up, sometimes you get an excellent opportunity and do something you have never considered before.

You figure, if it’s going to improve you, add something positive to your life, why not? In my opinion, this is a great opportunity for girls who want to get their breasts surgically enhanced but don’t dare for some reason. For them, this is a chance to see, analyze, and make a final decision. I have not yet figured out what is going to happen to me. I just know that the people at Amira Clinic are experts, and Dr Vitaly Zholtikov, I’ve already told you about him. He is reliable, I am in good hands, so there is no need to worry. I expect all will be well. My pain threshold is fairly high, I can handle pain. It is my first surgery, I have never experienced this before. I have already bought a piece of clothing one size larger than I used to, which I’ll wear when my new breasts are in place (laughs).

Editor’s note
The implants used in this operation were Arion bioimplants made in France. Their advantage, according to plastic surgeons, is the natural polymer filler made from cellulose. Arion bioimplants provide an alternative to silicone and the closest tactile resemblance to natural female breasts. They have two more advantages. First, their filler is not toxic. And second, they are radiolucent, which means they don’t obstruct examination of the mammary glands and the thoracic organs (such as fluorography, mammography, chest or mammary gland X-ray).

If I don’t like something about my appearance and it bothers me, I don’t mind fixing it.

There is, of course, the other side of plastic surgery where people get carried away and start disfiguring themselves. I don’t approve of that. Everything should be in moderation. And of course you need an excellent surgeon who can tell you directly if you are getting unreasonable.

For women, being beautiful and getting closer to our idea of perfection is more of an inner sensation.

When you look great, you feel great, too. For example, if you go out without makeup, you feel insecure. You have these thoughts that you might meet somebody, something will go wrong, and so on.

On the other hand, if you know that you are looking good, your entire day is different. Laugh all you want, but it’s true, it really works.

I am prepared to face any negative response from outsiders.

On my page, I keep negativity in check. I don’t know how it happened, but my subscribers didn’t fiercely attack my decision. I think, if you know all your imperfections and if you can laugh at them, nobody can use them against you. Besides, I like to troll, I always have a good reply for any challenge. So on my page, any negativity turns into humour. And I am grateful to every subscriber ready to defend me at any moment.

Aziza was released from the clinic the day after her operation. She has recovered and keeps posting new Vines. Rehabilitation after such plastic surgery is painless, provided that you follow all the recommendations of your doctor. At the end of a breast enlargement operation, a special compression bra is put on the patient. It should be worn day and night for a month. Aziza’s post-operative cup size is D, so her new bra size is 75D-80C.
