Recently, Aesthetic Surgery Journal published our article on managing the bony vault during piezo rhinoplasty. This article describes our 2-year experience in solving this difficult task. The methodology was based on maintaining the stability of the nasal bones by performing rhinosculpture in all cases and, if necessary, partial osteotomies, which allowed in most cases not to destabilize the bony, maintain its stable new position and significantly improve the predictability of the results.
